Ace Athletics Youth Soccer Academy (AAYSA) is a fast-growing youth soccer academy based in Palo Alto, San Mateo, Fremont and San Jose mostly offering classes for kids 4-15 years old and competitive teams for kids 6-12 years old. We are looking to hire qualified coaches for our 2024 spring season after-school training and weekend training, including goalie training, recreational programs and competitive team training. This job is especially suitable for college-age student soccer players. We also offer volunteer opportunities to high school-age soccer players.

Interested applicants should possess the following:

Previous experience playing high school, club and/ or college soccer.

Develop and execute age-appropriate soccer training sessions that focus on skill development, tactics, and fitness.

Evaluate players' abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.

Assist in organizing and attending local and regional soccer competitions.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff to keep them informed of schedules, events, and player progress.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training and matches.

Passion for working with kids and coaching soccer.
